“As a child, I pushed my feelings away. As an adult, I have gradually rediscovered them. The Being With Our Feelings approach and the rhyming stories in the books, are truly inspired by the feeling journey I have been on, with its full array of challenges, pain, revelations, healing and insights.” (Anita Kate Garai, ‘Being With Our Feelings: A Mindful Approach to Wellbeing,’ Routledge 2022)
